We restore your building's clean, well-maintained appearance and extend the facade's lifespan.
Over time, a building's facade accumulates dust, moss, algae and other pollutants that damage its appearance and can harm the facade material itself. North-facing and shaded walls are particularly susceptible to green algae and black mould growth, caused by moisture and lack of sunlight. Once cracks appear in such a surface, water begins to seep into the wall structure, causing more serious and costly damage.
Professional pressure washing removes dirt quickly and effectively, restoring the building's clean appearance. We use pressure washers with adjustable settings to clean different materials — render, clinker brick, timber, plastic cladding and fibre cement panels — without causing damage. For surfaces affected by algae and moss we apply a biocide before washing, which destroys the micro-organisms at the root and slows their return.
For taller buildings we use cherry pickers, allowing us to reach even hard-to-access surfaces safely and efficiently. Scaffolding can usually be avoided, which significantly reduces both project cost and the time needed. During washing we cover window surfaces, doors and garden plants so that wash water and cleaning agents do not reach unintended areas.
Regular facade maintenance extends its lifespan and keeps property values high. We recommend facade washing every 3–5 years depending on the building's location and environment — buildings near the sea or busy roads need more frequent care. For property being prepared for sale, a thorough facade wash can significantly improve the first impression and accelerate the sales process.
