We clean ceilings, walls, floors, windows with frames and sills, electrical sockets, switches, interior doors and their frames. Bathrooms and wet rooms receive particularly careful attention, as cement dust, silicone residue and foam gun drips accumulate there most heavily.
Construction dust is extremely fine and spreads through ventilation ducts and gaps into every corner — including closed cupboards and light fittings. This is why several rounds of cleaning are often needed to achieve complete cleanliness: first a rough clean, then wet cleaning, and finally a finish clean before handing over the property. Cleaning too early is usually pointless, as finishing work generates new dust by the next day.
Floors are deep-cleaned depending on the material — parquet and laminate are handled with care, while ceramic tiles and concrete floors can be cleaned with a professional floor scrubber. We remove protective film, masking tape residue, and plaster and paint splashes from windows and finished surfaces. We can arrange the removal of all construction waste and packaging separately by prior arrangement.
