We remove deeply embedded dirt, stains and allergens — your carpet looks and smells fresh again.
Carpets need professional deep cleaning at least once or twice a year, because a standard vacuum cleaner cannot reach the dirt that accumulates deep in the fibres. Studies show that a dense-pile carpet can hold up to one kilogram of dust, hair, skin cells and food debris per square metre before the soiling becomes visible to the eye. Our wet-extraction method effectively removes even the most deeply embedded dirt, stains and allergens.
The choice of cleaning agents depends on the carpet's material — wool carpets require gentler, pH-neutral products, while synthetic carpets (polyester, polypropylene) can tolerate more active cleaning agents. For sensitive oriental and hand-knotted rugs we always recommend a consultation first; if needed, we can refer you to our trusted partner who specialises in the restoration of hand-knotted rugs.
The process starts with applying the cleaning solution, after which stubborn stains are treated individually, the carpet is machine-washed throughout, and finally the machine extracts the dirt along with the water. After cleaning the carpet will be slightly damp, with a drying time of typically 4–8 hours depending on pile thickness and room ventilation — slightly longer in winter or high-humidity rooms.
Pricing depends on the carpet's size, the level of soiling and whether furniture needs to be moved before cleaning. We offer the service for both homes and commercial premises — hotels, offices and restaurants, where the overall cleanliness of carpets is also part of the hospitality. On request, we also offer a stain-protection treatment that prevents new stains from soaking into the fibres, making future removal significantly easier.
