Every property and situation is different — which is why not every job fits neatly into a standard service category. We also offer regular cleaning contracts for offices, apartments and private houses, and can put together a flexible maintenance agreement to suit your specific needs.
Over the years we have tackled a very wide variety of tasks: from specialist work in tight and hard-to-access spaces to large-scale outdoor cleaning projects. Typical custom requests include cellar and loft clearances, smoke-damaged room remediation, vacant property clean-ups, stairwell and entrance deep cleaning, and post-event cleaning after large gatherings.
For office cleaning we draw up a schedule that fits around your working hours — we clean after office hours or early in the morning, replace bin liners, replenish hand towels and toilet paper, and can set up ongoing hygiene product supply solutions if needed. Residential and apartment maintenance cleaning can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or as agreed — whatever suits you.
