PVC and linoleum are durable, moisture-resistant floor coverings widely used in homes, offices, shops, schools and medical facilities. Over time, dirt works its way into the floor's pores, the original shine fades and wear marks appear that regular cleaning cannot remove. This is especially noticeable in corridors and near entrances, where foot traffic is heaviest.
Our deep clean removes the old wax layer along with all the accumulated dirt beneath it, after which the floor is thoroughly cleaned several times. The work starts with mechanical disk-scrubbing using a specialist stripping agent that dissolves old wax layers and deeply ingrained soiling. The dirty water is then extracted from the floor and the surface is neutralised so the new wax layer bonds evenly and durably.
Finally, 2–3 coats of high-quality floor wax are applied, protecting the floor from wear and restoring its presentable shine. The choice of wax depends on the usage intensity of the site — medical facilities and schools require a more durable, chemically resistant wax than, say, office rooms; anti-slip solutions are also available for kitchens and wet rooms.
We recommend professional maintenance 1–4 times per year, depending on floor traffic.
