We extend the floor's lifespan and make daily maintenance easier.
Ceramic tiles and concrete floors require periodic protective treatment to maintain their durability and appearance. Cleaning stone floors removes dirt that has built up in the grout joints and restores the tiles' original look — grout is the most dirt-prone element, as light cement grout darkens over time and regular mopping unfortunately cannot reverse this.
We use professional pressure washers and grout-specific brush attachments that remove even the most stubborn dirt without damaging the grout material. After cleaning, grout can optionally be impregnated with a protective agent that prevents dirt from penetrating the pores and makes day-to-day maintenance significantly easier.
Concrete floor maintenance involves treating the surface with specialist agents that bind dust and make the floor easy to maintain. A treated concrete floor does not produce dust, which is especially important in warehouse spaces and car parks, where air quality affects both workers' health and stored goods. The treatment also improves the floor's wear resistance and makes it easier to remove spilled oil and grease stains.
Professional maintenance significantly extends floor lifespan and makes daily cleaning much more manageable. We recommend regular treatment at least once a year — and more frequently for high-traffic sites such as retail spaces and kitchens. For each site we draw up a maintenance plan tailored to the business's schedule so that work does not disrupt daily operations.
